What a great fight complete war! I really was pullin for Jens but Faber looked really good. I think if Jens would have just unloaded when Faber was backing straight up he could have finished him.
Regardless what a great fight, drinks for all!

Good fight. I wish Jens would have used his kicks a lot more.

Typical of a Jens fight but it's usually "Ugh, he shoulda let his hands go more".

Good scrap. Thought jens had a couple of chances to possibly win the fight if he could have just landed one or two more shots. And just going five rounds with faber is pretty impressive.

Awesome fight. Faber looked like baby fedor with those looping overhands. Those hammer fists he dropped had some stank on them. I like Pulver more than I did. He showed a good chin and great heart to stay in it like that.
oh hes a warrior for sure, theres no doubt, but i thought he couldve done more,i realize it was a 5 rd fight but towards the end, there was no desperation to get ahead...

I picked Faber to win, but I caught myself pulling for Jens because he was eating some big shots and I know he had more in his game. What I couldn't understand was why he didn't capitalize on the three big shots he dropped on Faber during the fight. He landed that huge body kick, hurt Faber and just smiled. He should have 1998 Vitored that motherfucker.

The only thing I can think of is, that Faber must have really hurt Jens early to make Jens fight so passively.

exactly what i was thinking,he has all the skills, but its like he didnt want to take it from faber
like he wasnt hungry enough to kill this dude and take his belt
it seems strange but true
it was the same with Bj

That right Faber was unloading in the first round made Jens very tentative with his left. He started to throw up the middle but Faber keep pounding him with that right hand. I thought Jens had that darce choke in around the 3rd round or so. After Faber got out of that I knew it would be up to Jens to knock him out. But there was the right that keep Jens tentative.
All in all, I love how Faber said "For those of you who don't know" (which I'm sure was 90% of the audience) "Jens is a legend in this sport". That was classy.
