Diaz ruined Gomi's career

yeah cos someone else wouldve done it but losing to diaz is hard to swallow cos he taunted gomi the whole time

i think diaz got more fans from beating gomi than anything he did in the ufc

Mazzagati was probably just tired of hearing barely comprehensible half english/half gibberish insults that scarcely apply to the situation. Same as when people want Britt/Scot to stop posting

Gomi should go to strikeforce, pick up some wins and get a rematch for big money. You dont need old footage to hype a diaz fight

As far as I know, there is no rule specifically regarding verbal interaction inside the ring - though, I could certainly be wrong. What I think it would have fallen under was some sort of "sportsmanship" overhead, given that Diaz was swearing at and taunting Lawler.
