Jake Shields was a Top 4 ranked Welterweight before moving up to challenge for Strikeforce's MW belt, beating Mayhem Miller by decision. He took some time to answer some of our questions via e-mail. Enjoy

MMA Haven: What needs to happen to see Jake Shields in the UFC?

Jake Shields: Right now I'm happy with Strikeforce. I have a couple of more fights for them and then we'll see what my options are.

Jakes a great fighter surviving that choke in the 3rd? round was epic his face and eyes turned colour another second and he would have been sleeping
