i wouldnt say he got robbed, he lost a real close fight to cotto via a SD, the two scores for cotto were a little to wide though

as for clottey pac i say manny wins by a wide UD, clottey is a flat footed opponent with a slow work rate that has lost everytime he has stepped into elite waters, he has a great chin and a real good defensive shell that i think will allow him to last the whole fight, his only chance is to catch manny coming in and hurt him, which is possible but not very likely, clottey is gonna serve as pacquiaos heavybag for the night imo

I'm not a big boxing guy but I was on TSN.ca today and this stood out

If there was any doubt, in anyone's mind, including mine, that Paquiao could not beat Mayweather, those doubts were completely erased with last Saturday's victory.

Was Manny's performance really that impressive? His work rate was high and that seems to be a heavy influence on the scoring but I don't know what was so amazing aboot it.

i see quite a few people saying that, i dont really get it, he fought a guy that refused to mount any type of offense, and the few times clottey did decide to throw he landed fairly easily, to me even though pacquiao won in a shutout, it made me further believe he would get beat by mayweather, who would use his jab and especially his straight right to keep manny at a bit of a distance, and actually use movement to create angles and counter pacquiao when he comes in with his hands down, which is every time
