what's so funny. forrest was up 2 rounds to 0 in their first fight, and if forrest can just avoid rashad's shitty ass slapboxing this time for the remaining few minutes left in that third round, he can def win a decision

sucks, but shoulder injuries are no joke. i've been dealing with one my whole life, it's almost impossible to work through them.

what LHWs are on the shelf right now that could step up? i'm drawing a blank.

page is a much better boxer than canshad and has a much better chin as well. wrestling won't matter cuz time and again we've seen guys with supposedly better wrestling credentials get their asses handed to them in the octagon

he's a can that's about it. He wrestles, LnP mostly. Isn't very good at wrestling, has only beaten other cans in the UFC. He'll get handled fast

I think lil nog has a shot to do some damage in the ufc,he is just like big nog except he is a bit smaller and didn't take all the beatings his brother took.
