Managment don't want to "tarnish his legacy". When he's being inducted in Canton they'll talk about his legacy and those three great years he spent on the bench for no reason.

99% of Wisconsin thinks you speak blasphemy. Most "hardcore" or "casual" fans can't realize the facts that Favre is acting like a fucking moron and is really the one to blame here. Not Ted Thompson, not coach McCarthy.

I don't like Ted Thompson, but he is handling this correctly. If the Packers continue to win, then people here might forgive him. If he loses, he is fucked. People won't blame him for keeping horrible safeties, trading away our defensive line depth, and overrated drafts. Instead, they will say it was not letting Favre comeback that hurt us.

Many people say Ted's drafts have been amazing, but in reality he made a few stupid picks and passed on two huge trades that would've improved the Packers greatly.

Two years before last year, he looked done. Basically as many touchdowns as INTs thrown if I remember right. A big part of Favre having a good a year as he did last year was Ryan Grant. The schedule wasn't much to write home about either. Division games are always tough, but the NFC North is terrible except for maybe the Vikings, the NFC west sucks, and most of the AFC west sucks.

Larry Johnson. The Chiefs wanted a second round pick for him and Thompson decided to go with Brandon Jackson, Deshawn Wynn, Morrency, and Ryan Grant.

When was this? To be honest, I've never been a fan of any Chiefs running back. Put me behind Willie Roaf and Will Shields and I bet I could be a 1,000 yard rusher.
