Granted, BJ is too, and his striking has vastly improved, which was always his question mark. Look at GSP though. Then look at Penn's record. His losses

The way to beat BJ has been the same each time he's lost. Be bigger than him, and outwork him in the later rounds. I'll admit I have never seen the Lyoto fight. I'll be happy to link it if anyone wants it though. But watch the Pulver, Hughes, and GSP fights. Penn won the early rounds, then got beat/gassed in the later rounds. I don't care if he's "rededicated" himself to training. Until I see it, I'm not much a big fan of hype.
