He is fighting "Thunder Hands" Roy Nelson at Elite XC on CBS. Apparently MMAWeekly thinks highly of Old Boy Roy.

"Nelson has long been considered one of the top heavyweights in the world and a win over Arlovski would certainly be a huge boost for his career."

How can you really blame them with wins over Imes, Scherner and Cantrell.

Seriously, AA has a weak chin, no ground game, and his striking was exposed vs Tim Sylvia. Also, rumor has it that Roy's conditioning is world class.

if i weren't so nervous about hughes/almeida, fitch/alves, guida/anjos, I would pick Nelson.

hughes will use his wrestling to control almeida and he's too seasoned to get submitted. almeida's bjj is overrated, he almost got armbarred by kendall, lol. hughes has only lost to gsp and alves recently, hughes UD

alves will stuff fitch's takedowns and drop him a few times. i don't think fitch is a better wrestler than either gsp or koscheck, and his standup is definitely worse, so i see either a late TKO or decision for alves. the only concern is his layoff and injuries. the weight thing isn't that much of a concern since last time he missed weight, he KTFO his opponent

dos anjos will submit guida, late 2nd or early 3rd. guida is too one dimensional with limited tools, his only way to win is to take dos anjos down which plays into dos anjos's bjj game. on the feet, dos anjos also has the edge, imo, he was looking respectable on his feet against tyson
