I just got this in my email.
The National Alliance of African American Athletes is a National Watchdog Group that performs valuable community services for the entire African American Community. One of the extremely beneficial services they have provided is to investigate the breakdown of ethnic group participation in a wide range of sports. Over recent months they have been looking at the sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). They collected data on the number of African American participants in MMA versus other ethnic groups, looking in a number of categories, such as Pro Fight Promotions, Training Camps and Schools, Amateur Tournaments, Income Levels, Sponsorships, and more.
After reviewing the available data, Miletich Fighting Systems (MFS) of Bettendorf, Iowa, and owner Pat Miletich have one of the worst percentages nationwide for having African Americans participating in their schools and training camps. MFS fared in the bottom 5% in the U.S. for number of black athletes involved with their organization. Is this a random data phenomenon? Consider this:
One of the first MFS schools is operated by long time Miletich instructor Trey Wyatt in North Carolina. MFS proudly flys the name flag on this school as MFS \ White Devil Fight Sports. (See RED highlighted eMails copied below).
This same MFS School uses the eMail Address, treyhnic@yahoo.com, for their business communications. MFS proudly professes that the letters, "hnic", stands for "head nigger in charge". (Hello, Earth to MFS).
Despite objections from numerous MFS management personnel, MFS still maintains these flagrant racist operations listed above.
Pat Miletich clearly maintains an anti-black agenda in the operations of his schools as evidenced below. To date, there has only ever been one MFS school run by an African American, and that was Jeff Ford. Jeff ended up with the dubious distinction of being the only MFS school operator ever to be fired by Pat Miletich. At present, there are no African American MFS school operators.
In the aftermath of the Jeff Ford wrongful termination, Pat Miletich wrote to Jeff and used racial slurs with outrageous discriminatory undertones and racial stereotyping. (See BLUE highlighted eMails copied below).
