I have been reading threads about how people either love or hate UFC 94. How 93 wasnt that good, how the upcoming UFN will suck and is weak.

If that is the case and you cats think that you can do much better.

Design your next 3 cards, make them interesting so that you think that they are great and see what people think of them then.

Instead of sitting on the sideline crying about Joe Silvas matchmaking, lets see how you do.

Honestly my cards would be exactly like UFC 94 except they would take place in a ring instead of a cage, feature better fighters, and it'd be called PRIDE. :)

Most of the time I like the matchmaking in the UFC. I think a good formula to use (though unrealistic with injuries and other unforeseen problems) would be to have at least 1 title fight a month, and on that same card have a publicized #1 contender's fight for the same weight class. This would keep the belts in rotation and therefore we wouldn't be so inclined to have a lull in championship fights.

94 is perfect, and if it was my decision, Fitch would be on the undercard. It would have nothing to do with a game, either.

If you were referring to some of my comments about 93, let me clarify. It was a very good event. Just no where near as good as 94, which I think oh so very highly of.

I wasnt referring to your comments at all, I was referring to Octavian whining about fucking everything. If there are people out there that think that these cards suck, then step up and design your own.

I am with you on this one Wig, I love 94, it is gonna be sweet.

Helps that I leave for Vegas in 6 hours and am gonna be there live.

OK, I may have unjustly accused you then. People think I'm a UFC nuthugger but I own more PRIDE DVD's and watched both PPV's.

I just prefer the cage. And I hate the fact that Barnett adn Fedor fought in the same org for years but never face each other. That would never happen in the UFC. Their stars don't fight as much, but when they do, it's against good/great opponents. I live that part.

Barnett was hurt and didn't really fight in 2005. Fedor didn't really fight at all in 2006 due to a hand injury. I guess they could have fought at "Real Deal" but they didn't. Other than that event, they didn't really have an opportunity to fight in Pride.

Btw mante is right about fedor vs barnett, they didn't have many chances to fight.
