As I sat I'm my front room at 2:58AM on sunday morning I was super pumped for the up-coming night of great fights. Biggest fight in recent history as the main event and 3 of my fave fighters on the main card (Diaz, Lyoto and BJ).

2 bullshit decisions, 2 great fights and 1 heartbreaking fight later and I'm left absolutly pissed and £20 out of pocket.



A great night of fights in total but a bad night for me. Not my fave event.....



Side note: although GSP greased I think he still would have won but as you could see it made it much more difficult for BJ to keep a high guard (which he loves to do).

Yeah, I agree that GSP would've won anyway, but that doesn't mean it's okay to cheat.

I mean, they caught him red-handed during the fight. This is just as bad as using steroids, so I hope the punishment is appropriate. It needs to send a message to the rest of the fighters... especially greg jackson's camp.

Indeed it was a good night a fights. I was really disappointed with BJ's loss. I am glad Machida pulled out the win. Also the greasing up is such a lame thing to do.
